September 11, 2019 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

What are we afraid of? What does it mean to have courage? Join us for the first monthly session of A Year of Courageous Conversations at Barrington’s White House. Let’s learn about the neuroscience of fear and courage, what is really going on inside our brains, and what tools and techniques we can use to control and respond to fear when it rises in us and blocks our progress. Led by guest expert Dr. Arin N. Reeves.
