Ashley D. Joyce
President, The Duchossois Family Foundation

Ashley Duchossois Joyce is President of The Duchossois Family Foundation. She received her Bachelor of Arts from University of Colorado and her Master’s degree from University of Chicago, School of Social Service Administration. Ashley has been involved with the not-for-profit organization, Metropolitan Family Services, for over nineteen years. Currently, she is Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, and serves on their Executive, Strategic Issues, External Affairs, and Capital Campaign Committees. As a volunteer for The Catherine Cook School, Ashley is a Trustee and is a Co-chair of the Nominating Committee. As a Director for The Duchossois Group, Inc., she serves on the Compensation, Nominating, and Shareholder Committees. Ashley is in the 2018 class of Leadership Greater Chicago and is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago. Additionally, she is a member of the Executive Committee for The Duchossois Family Council.
