Scenes from the Nutcracker will be presented by Barrington Youth Dance Ensemble on December 10, 7:30 to 9:00 pm., with a half hour reception preceding the performance. Enjoy selections from the beloved holiday classic performed by elite young area dancers under the artistic direction of Mary Brennan.Children will be treated to meeting cast members from Barrington Youth Dance Ensemble’s production of the Nutcracker. Clara will read the story of the Nutcracker and performthe lovely dance with her special gift from Herr Drosselmeyer. To finish the evening, children will learn playful dances and particpate in a drawing for a chance to win 2 free tickets to
