Ready for some “pizazz?” Mark your calendars for tomorrow’s Jazz Pizazz Sampler – live streamed from Barrington’s White House. Featured hits will include: “Fly Me to the Moon,” “Night and Day,” and more, plus teasers “Embraceable You” and “The Man I Love” from their upcoming “Go Gershwin” jazz/dance show!
At Ms. Senior America 2018, Top 10 finalist Kimberly Albrecht’s vocal performance was described by Time magazine as “epic.” A lyric coloratura soprano, Kimberly first sang jazz with the University of Michigan Jazz Ensemble, and has performed a variety of musical styles throughout the Chicagoland area for over 35 years.
Chicago based Marianne Kim is a gifted composer, pianist, organist, and harpsichordist. She has been noted for her vibrant performances and compositions in a wide diversity of musical styles, such as classical, jazz, Broadway musical, R&B, gospel, traditional, and contemporary church music.
Renowned musician Nick Schneider is rated as one of the top bass players in jazz today. He has performed with such greats as Randy Brecker, Eddie Higgins, Buddy Rich Big Band, Teddy Wilson, and The Tonight Show Band.
