Chicago a cappella Presents “A Cambridge Concert”

The stunning vocal group Chicago a cappella sings English choral masterworks inspired by Cambridge University
Inspired by a sabbatical to Cambridge University in 2019, Chicago a cappella’s Artistic Director John William Trotter has created a program of rich, vibrant English choral masterworks, bringing this iconic musical tradition to Chicago. The 10 singers of Chicago a cappella –performing without instruments and without a conductor – are among the city’s most accomplished and fiercely talented vocalists. They come together for this program of resonant and inspiring works from the Renaissance, moving folk song arrangements of the 20th century, and a brand new work by HerVoice competition winner Grace Brigham.
