Cook Along With Me – Vegetable Phyllo Purse

Join us virtually for Barrington’s White House inaugural “Cook Along With Me” series, which kicks off with Julia Noack, Head Chef for Wild Asparagus Catering. Follow along with Chef Julia from the beautiful kitchen at Barrington’s White House, where you will learn to make a vegetable phyllo purse with a basil cream sauce. This dish known as the Beggar’s Purse, was originally created by innovative chef Barry Wine of New York’s Quilted Giraffe in the 1980’s. The recipe offers a tasty and versatile meal that can easily be converted to a vegan version. This 30 minute program will be broadcast at 1pm and 7pm.
