Spring Serenade with Alyssa Allgood

Celebrate spring with Alyssa Allgood, a “Rising Star Female Vocalist,” performing jazz classics and originals with soulful storytelling and improvisation.
Experience an enchanting evening of jazz with Alyssa Allgood, a standout vocalist and composer in the modern jazz landscape. Named a “Rising Star Female Vocalist” in the 2024 Downbeat Magazine Critics Poll, Allgood is celebrated for her soulful storytelling, rich improvisational style, and lyrical focus on self-love and human connection.
Her 2024 release, From Here, features original compositions performed with internationally renowned musicians Geoffrey Keezer, John Patitucci, Kendrick Scott, and Greg Ward. With accolades such as finalist placements in the 2023 John Lennon Songwriting Contest and the International Songwriting Competition, Allgood’s work continues to resonate deeply with audiences.
Allgood has performed on iconic stages including Dizzy’s at Lincoln Center, Birdland, and Blues Alley. For this special event, she will present a curated songbook of jazz classics and original compositions inspired by the blossoming beauty of spring.
