Stephanie Block & Clare Longendyke; Viola, Piano

Barrington-native Stephanie Block (viola) returns by popular demand to Barrington’s White House with fellow musician Clare Longendyke (piano). Praised as “exceptionally talented” and “a virtuosic performer”, violist Stephanie Block has performed internationally as a soloist, chamber musician, and orchestral musician. A recent alumna of the New World Symphony, Ms. Block has performed with the London and Milwaukee symphonies as well as the Sarasota Orchestra.
Pianist Clare Longendyke’s dazzling musicianship and colorful interpretations delight audiences wherever she performs. Recognized as a firebrand in the classical music field, the effervescent soloist and chamber musician aspires to foster interpersonal connections between people from diverse backgrounds to catalyze conversation and the exchange of unique perspectives through music performance.
