Discover the works of regional artists Pat Brutchin and Sharron Boxenbaum through their exhibition, Color, Texture, Form, and the Influence of the Florentine Masters, showcasing a harmonious blend of classical inspiration and contemporary expression.
Pat Brutchin, a seasoned artist with over 30 years of experience, presents a collection that includes both paintings and sculptures. Her work is deeply influenced by natural forms and the human figure, drawing inspiration from her background in painting and her hands-on experience in sculpture. Brutchin’s pieces often explore the complexity of shapes, contrasting textures, and structural qualities, aiming to transport viewers into a symphony of line, form, and movement.
Sharron Boxenbaum brings to the exhibition her vibrant acrylics and oils, reflecting themes of solitude and introspection. Her work captures the emotional depth of everyday moments, inviting viewers to explore the nuances of human experience. Boxenbaum’s participation in plein air events and her dedication to capturing the essence of her subjects have earned her recognition in the regional art community.
