Barrington’s White House is beautiful inside and out—thanks to a few special friends who have been integral in our efforts to enhance the outdoor spaces of our elegant event and wedding venue. Their stunning landscaping work turned the area around our mansion into a destination for floral fanatics.
Our landscape committee worked hard to give guidance and review plant options for the lead landscape architect, Carol Yetken of CYLA Design Associates Inc. Yetken is a certified historic landscaper who designed the property to host a variety of historic, native plantings. Doering Landscape Company was kind enough to install those plants and maintain them through bi-annual clean-up projects.
In addition to our lovely landscaping, we also have a group of gorgeous planters featuring bold arrangements donated by the Garden Club of Barrington with the assistance of Lisa Wolfgram of Avant-Gardenscapes. These planters draw attention to our stunning front and rear entrances and truly enhance the look of the overall property.
A special thanks to all those who spent time and donated to help beautify Barrington’s White House for all to enjoy!
Thank you to: Avant-Gardenscapes
